K-ETA หรือ Korea Electronic Travel Authorization
คือ ระบบการลงทะเบียนออนไลน์เพื่อขอเข้าประเทศเกาหลีใต้โดยไม่ต้องมีวีซ่า โดยจะต้องมีลงทะเบียน , จัดส่งข้อมูลการเดินทาง และแนบหลักฐาน เอกสารต่าง ๆ เข้าไปที่ยังระบบเพื่อให้กรมการตรวจคนเข้าเมือง ได้ทำการตรวจสอบ ดำเนินการอนุมัติให้ผู้ที่จะเดินทางเข้าไปยังประเทศเกาหลีใต้ เป็นระยะเวลา 2 ปี เมื่อได้รับการอนุมัติแล้วผู้ที่จะเดินทาง เข้าเกาหลี ไม่จำเป็นจะต้องดำเนินการกรอกข้อมูลในใบ Arrival card เมื่อถึงหน้าด่านตรวจคนเข้าเมืองที่ประเทศเกาหลีใต้
เตรียมตัวทำ K-ETA
สามารถทำผ่านระบบออนไลน์ได้ที่ https://k-eta.go.kr แล้วเลือก Apply for K-ETA หลังจากนั้นทำตามขั้นตอนได้เลย โดยมีทั้งหมด 7 ขั้นตอน และจะต้องเตรียมเอกสารทั้งหมดดังนี้
- พาสปอร์ตต้องยังไม่หมดอายุ หากหมดอายุให้ดำเนินการต่อพาสปอร์ต ให้เรียบร้อยพาสปอร์ตต้องมีอายุเกิน6 เดือนขึ้นไปก่อนบิน สแกนพาสปร์อต เป็นไฟล์ jpg , jpeg , png , bmp ขนาดไม่เกิน 300kb.
- เตรียมรูปถ่าย พื้นหลังสีขาวแบบทางการขนาด 700×700 px ขนาดไม่เกิน 100kb
- ข้อมูลที่พักในประเทศเกาหลี เช่น รายละเอียดที่ตั้ง เบอร์ติดต่อ
- บัตรเครดิต หรือบัตรเดบิต เพื่อใช้ชำระเงินในการลงทะเบียน
- ขอเอกสารการฉีดวัคซีน หรือ International covid-19 vaccination certificate สามารถขอได้ที่แอปฯ หมอพร้อม(รอเอกสารตอบกลับทางe-mail)
- ลงทะเบียนเข้าเกาหลีผ่านระบบ K-ETA (ภายใน 72 ชั่วโมงก่อนออกเดินทาง) ค่าธรรมเนียมประมาณ 309.44 บาท หรือ 10,300 Won (KRW)
- หลังจากผล K-ETA อนุมัติแล้ว ให้จองไฟลท์บิน, จองที่พัก, ทำประกันการเดินทาง, จองคิวตรวจ PCR ทั้งที่ไทยและเกาหลี โดยผลตรวจที่ไทยจะต้องออกภายใน 48 ชั่วโมงก่อนออกเดินทาง
- ลงทะเบียนรับ Q-CODE หรือกรอกข้อมูลการฉีดวัคซีนเพื่อไม่ต้องกักตัว แนะนำให้ลงทะเบียนล่วงหน้าก่อนออกเดินทาง
- ปรินต์เอกสารทั้งหมดก่อนเดินทาง เช่น ตั๋วเครื่องบินไป-กลับ, Q-CODE, ผลอนุมัติ K-ETA, ผลตรวจยืนยัน PCR เพื่อความสะดวกรวดเร็วในขั้นตอนตรวจเอกสาร
